Disaster Doctors made a difficult situation so much better. A foundation company (Brian Eldridge from RamJack) recommended Disaster Doctors to help us with a wide variety of projects. Disaster Doctors helped us find a wonderful plumber from Prestige Plumbing (Trevor) who quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem. Frazier Hardin was our Project Manager. He was so patient and helpful and willing to accommodate a very hurried timeline. Cody Stanger did our drywall and wall repairs. He was such a thoughtful, hard-working, diligent worker. He was delightful to have in our home. Frazier also connected us with Roarke from Mike and Sterling Flooring. Roarke was outstanding to work with as well. He bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and our budget as well. When there was a problem with the manufacturer holding the carpet up, he worked with us to actually obtain a better quality carpet in stock so we could have it installed in time for a very large gathering at our home. We are so grateful for Disaster Doctors and the people they brought to our home to take care of the many needs we had on a very tight timeline. Frazier did an amazing job managing so many moving parts. Thank you so much, Everyone at Disaster Doctors.

I had a spigot turn into a gushing indoor/in-wall waterfall! Imagine the water-flow with the spigot in-use for over an hour as Niagara falls flows down the inside wall! The drain nearby probably caught most of it. The water only puddled to about 1/2 inches, but it covered 3 decent-sized areas of my 900 sq/ft. basement. Luckily it is 90% unfinished concrete! Although my knee-jerk reaction to have Disaster Doctors extract the water was probably a good case of overkill, there's no better justification for an expense than peace of mind, especially when I'm headed to a week-long cruise in a week! I'm also a big believer of "Everyone needs a job & needs to work!". I like to support my community! Cameron dispatched Christian and Carlos within an hour of my call! The initial phone estimate was $300-400! When Christian sized up the project however, he dropped the price to $200. I appreciate a company that operates fairly and doesn't take advantage of someone's misfortune to gouge them! This goes double with the fact I've been recently unemployed for 5+ months and my finances are fragile! They were very professional, courteous and sociable. They hauled out a hard-core professional grade wet-vac that made for a quick-kill job. Before packing up, Christian asked me to inspect to make sure I was satisfied with their work. How often do you see that these days?!? The Disaster Doctor invoice is now in my 'go to guys' binder for future reference. And they will get my referral when I learn of others needing their services!
